Cancellation Policy

• Tee time cancellations are required no less than 48 hours prior to play to be eligible for a full refund.
• Any cancellation inside 48 hours will be required to reach out to Royal Woodbine at 416-674-GOLF (4653) Ext. 1 to receive a Rain Check based on the rate paid. 
•  In the event no advanced warning of cancelling your tee time (no show)..No refund or rain check will be available. 
• The Booker is responsible for cancelling any or all players in their reservation.
